I am not able to login AT ALL since January. All a sudden, I was asked for an email address to login instead of my old userID, without any advanced notification and explanation. Of course my email address and password didn't work. I called Monster's customer service, they sent me couple of temporary passwords. NONE of them worked. Finally, I just gave up. Luckily, I am not looking for a job at the moment. I am also very frustrated. I am not able to login AT ALL since January.
